Why not order today? Due to industrial action, we all know that parcels may take longer than usual to reach you this year, so place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

Please note we are closed over the weekends and bank holidays. Therefore, some phone messages and web enquiries may be delayed in answering. Email enquiries will usually be answered within 1 hour of receiving them.
OUR POSTAL PACKAGING
All orders are dispatched in unbranded packaging with no reference to cigars or tobacco.
GIFTS AND DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
If you want us to ship to an address that is different to the billing address, although this isn’t a problem, please get in touch with your credit card company and inform them that you are purchasing a mail-order transaction and having it shipped to a different address. This ensures they will allow us to process the charge without delay. Please ensure you enter the full billing address registered with the card issuer on the order form.
STANDARD DELIVERY (est. 3-5 WORKING DAYS)
£3.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery. All UK orders over £100 are delivered free of charge, excluding alcohol, lighters and gas.
FAST STANDARD DELIVERY (est. 1-3 WORKING DAYS)
£6.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow an estimated 1-3 working days (excluding bank holidays) for your delivery. This is not a guaranteed day delivery service.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (Special delivery 1-2 working days – orders placed before 2pm, Mon – Thurs)
£10.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday). No deliveries are made on public holidays. This guarantees delivery of your order on the next working day by 4 pm (Saturday & Sunday are not considered as working days by Royal Mail), providing we receive your order before 2 pm. This is a signed-for-service.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
£12.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order on Saturday, providing your order is received by us before 2 pm on Friday.
COURIER GAS DELIVERY
£18.00 per delivery address. Most packages arrive within approx. 1-2 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays). The parcel is tracked at all points while processing through the dispatch network, with most packages showing the expected delivery date and approx. Time of delivery.
ALCOHOL DISPATCH (UK ONLY)
UK Mainland delivery is £6.95. Alcohol may be dispatched separately to your cigar order.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY (CENTRAL LONDON ONLY)
Same-day delivery is available for our Central London customers in the following postcodes: W1, W2, W8, W9, W10, W11, WC1, WC2, SW1, NW1, NW2, NW3, NW6, NW8, NW10.
Please state that you require this when placing your order in our online store’s comments section or call us. Our standard courier charge for central London is £25.00. Please note that same-day despatch orders are subject to stock availability.
EUROPE
Our standard postage is charged at £20. Orders over 2kg will be charged at courier quoted prices which will be confirmed with you before despatch. Please note that humidors or large and heavy objects can be subject to additional shipping costs per the courier quote. You will be notified by email with a confirmation of any additional cost before despatch.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Simply Cigars has no control over these charges, and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.
